Values: The Resilient Core Workshop

~ Sunday, February 8 from 4-6pm, as part of Edmonton Resilience Festival.

Your values are the enduring qualities that guide you throughout life. Core values anchor you in who you are and the vision you want to create in the world.

In this workshop, we will explore your values: What inspires you to help your neighbour? Why were you inspired to get involved with that cause? How did you choose your job and career? All of these questions are answered by some form of your core values.

When we have a better understanding of our values, we have a better understanding of who we are and how we fit into the community. Not only does this give us a better vision for the future, but it can also bring us more harmony. In turn, that makes us more resilient.

Individual Workshop Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite here.

Or, if you would like to attend the workshop with a community of other resilient partners, you can save some money and get Stream tickets here.

Values: The Resilient Core is in Stream 12, with some other happenin’ workshops:  South Asian Dance, Wildcrafting, Consent is Sexy.

  1. Hello!
I am interested in the vegetarian lifestyle after watching forks over knives documentary.
I’m not sure how to start as I have 2 20 year olds & a hubby that are still meat eaters. I was looking on the web for any info on vegetarian cooking classes or maybe even a cooking co op & your name came up ! I also have high blood pressure that I would like to try & control thru diet & exercise. I’m wondering if there is some private coaching available to make this transition easier, besides the potluck & workshops?
You can call me anytime if you like!
    Thanks! Nora @ 780 953 0664
